Jobi Jacob
B.Sc Nursing, M.Sc Obstetric & Gynaecology Nursing
Prof. Jobi Jacob has been the Principal of KNN College and School of Nursing for over 8 years and is a testimony to the passion that the College aspires to inculcate in its students.
She completed her B.Sc Nursing from the prestigious Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, where she received the President's Gold Medal and General Masters Silver Medal. She thereafter worked in the Army in the rank of Lieutenant at Command Hospital, Pune.
After her stint at the Army, she completed her Masters in Obstetric and Gynaecology Nursing, achieving first rank at the Institute. She has also worked at other institutes in various academic and leadership positions.
She has been appointed as examiner in the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and Karnataka State Diploma in Nursing Education Board examination and has been instrumental in setting the papers for University and Board examinations.
She has also been the Resource Person for Research Methodology at the State level workshop and various other workshops, including the National Conference of the Infusion Nurses Society of India.
